Paul, David, and Jacob
AKA: "The trips"
October 2011
Wow, the triplets are 7 years old!  My babies are
growing up. *sniff, sniff*  ;)  I'm just kidding.  They are
getting pretty big, though.  They've done quite a bit of
growing this year.  They've gone from being bathed to
getting their own bath and now even getting their own
shower.  I can't say that I mind.  It really makes bed time
routines much easier when I have 3 less children to take
care of.
They're in the 2nd grade-- and doing very well, I
might add.  I don't know what "grade level" they read at,
but I know they read well.  Thanks be to God, too,
because going into that I had absolutely no idea how to
teach somebody how to read!
So now they're getting their own showers, their in the
2nd grade, and they're even allowed to get their own
lunch!  Big time! ;)  There are strict rules they have to
follow in order to get their own PB&J's.  They have to use
one knife for the peanut butter, and another knife for the
jelly.  Why?  That prevents cross contamination. :)
They're good boys.  I enjoy having them with me,
and I love teaching them.  They're big helpers around the
house, and they take good care of their baby brother
and baby sister, whom they adore.  Just a few more
years, and I'm sure they'll be babysitting. ;)
